The Georgetown Summer School manages the University's summer school academic calendar.  Tuition refund periods for withdrawals from full-semester fall and spring classes can be found at http://registrar.georgetown.edu/registration/refunds-and-tuition/.  Tuition refund periods for summer session courses can be found at departments/29/summer-school/admissions-and-tuition.cfm. 

Please Note:  Students withdrawing from courses should consult with their academic program, Student Financial Services (Gloria Kimball, gmk29@georgetown.edu), the Office of International Programs (Anka Dadarlat, aid22@georgetown.edu), and the Office of Veteran Services (veteranservices@georgetown.edu) as appropriate to find out how schedule changes could affect their financial aid, loan, repayment, Visa, and benefit status.  Students are required to notify their academic program in writing of their intent to withdraw and to process all required paperwork for such actions by published deadlines.
