This course provides an in-depth overview and analysis of legal principles, ethical issues, and salary cap negotiations in professional sports. Issues that are identified, analyzed, and explored include athlete representation, labor law, antitrust exemption, arbitration, collective bargaining, salary cap administration, free agency and the application of ethics as a method in the decision making and problem solving process.
