Course Description:
Dealing with change and leading people through change successfully are critical tasks facing leaders. Topics will include creating an urgent need for change, creating a coherent and compelling vision of change, building a guiding coalition to lead change, dealing with resistance to change, processes for implementing and institutionalizing change, changing corporate culture, and managing growth and decline.
