Course Description:
It takes a strong concept, high quality marketing and many other elements to build a successful franchise company. A franchise business has many unique and diverse needs that must be effectively addressed through a dedicated management system. This session will cover the following key related areas:

  • Real Estate & Lease Issues: Richard Sharoff, CEO, FranPoint Partners
  • Marketing & Promotion: Bob Fiddler, President, The Fiddler Group
  • Franchise Relations: Jan Gilbert, Haynes & Boone LLP Operations
  • Training & Systems: Randy Watts, VP of Operations, Nathan’s Famous
  • Site Selection & Strategic Growth Planning: Dr. R. Sukumar, CEO, Optimal Strategix
  • Strategic Franchise Planning: Carl Zwisler, Gray Plant & Mooty
