Course Description:
Our lives succeed or fail one conversation at a time. This course explores the elements that contribute to difficult conversations. It explores effective listening techniques, and discusses the communication strategies necessary for reframing conversations. While you cannot control what another person says, you can be strategic about how you respond. This course provides a framework for approaching conversations that you might be dreading or avoiding.
Course topics include:

- Creating a positive learning approach toward conversations
