Course Description:
Among the most complex issues faced by organizations is how to recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and constantly changing workforce. Using a strategic approach, this course will:

• Help participants convincingly develop and implement strategies that permit organizations to understand that recruiting and nurturing a diverse workforce is essential and integral to any successful enterprise.
• Apply examples gleaned from real-world experience in complex organizations across industries, sectors, and global boundaries
• Discuss and analyze case studies to demonstrate practical strategies on how to source for diverse talent, how to engage candidates during the recruitment process, and most importantly how to develop and retain talent to achieve the organization’s strategic goals.
