Negotiation and Influence

This course focuses on improving one's personal effectiveness as a negotiator in organizations. Descriptive and prescriptive frameworks of negotiation will be used to help one develop core negotiation skills and identify specific strategies for improving negotiation outcomes. In addition, the course will focus on multiparty negotiation and how to create and maintain alliances and coalitions in organizations.
