Moral Leadership and Social Justice

Leadership is not about serving one's personal needs and interests; rather, true leadership is about "men and women in service of others," a primary educational objective of the Jesuits. This course focuses on the exercise of moral leadership as the enactment of that Jesuit objective. In particular, the course will focus on the personal characteristics associated with moral leadership and the social and institutional processes moral leaders employ in the service of social justice.
