Course 2: Ethics and the Role of the Consultant in Organizational Change: Behaving with Integrity, Use of Self and Entering the Client System
Awareness of self and managing self with the client, whether one is an internal or external consultant, is critical to your ability to develop a “contract” for work that will assist the organization with change. In this course you will learn the importance of use of self and how your behavior impacts the client and the organization. Students will also discuss the importance of organization development values and ethics.
