Course 1: Foundations of Organization Development: Theoretical Frameworks, Tools, and Research Implications

In this foundational course, students will learn the history of organization development, its theories, major theorists and their contributions to the field. In addition to the range of OD tools and interventions introduced, and current research will be discussed.  This session will be used for building the learning community and the learning teams.
