Understanding use of self and the client engagement process from entry to intervention and closure will enable the consultant to provide a successful experience for the client, Students will integrate the theory and learning from the prior courses, and reflect on insights gained through participation in the Learning Teams and delivery of the team intervention.  You will also focus on how you want to move forward with your organization development knowledge and practice.
