Assessing the data and understanding it’s implications will enable the organizational consultant to better understand the dilemmas the organization is facing and design appropriate interventions that are on target and compelling to the client. In this course students will learn tools for data gathering as well as method of analysis and feedback.  Students will also identify possible intervention designs based on the data collected by their team from their assigned client system.
