Designing interventions that are elegant in their design, simple, and effective in their execution is the art of successfully engaging the client in the difficult task of working through issues,  Students will be exposed to and gain appreciation for the nuances of organization development by working through additional  intricacies of intervention design and delivery.  Each Learning Team will assess the impact of the feedback on their client, discuss what interventions are needed next, and determine how to intervene to move the client to action and close the  engagement with their client organization.
