Kimberly Greer

Kimberly H. Greer is founder and managing principal of FinePoint Communications LLC, a message and brand development boutique delivering a full range of corporate communications services that help companies develop and maintain a unique presence. For nearly two decades, she has led and developed highly respected, results-driven communications teams and programs for Fortune 500 corporations, global professional services firms and a large metropolitan provider of energy services. Ms. Greer has designed numerous award-winning programs and corporate initiatives recognized for their excellence and creativity by the International Association of Business Communicators, Booz Allen Hamilton, and the Ad Directors Club of Washington. She offers strong expertise in change management, workforce reduction and crisis communications and has earned media coverage for clients in numerous special interest publications such as Scientific American and in the Washington Post. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia, holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Columbia University, and is a former marketing columnist and business news reporter for Crain Communications and Gannett Co. Ms. Greer lives in northern Virginia with her husband and two sons, and is an active volunteer with the Loudoun County Public Schools’ Board of Education.
