Shayna Englin founded Englin Consulting, LLC in November 2006 to provide results-driven communications strategy to campaigns, non-profits and associations. By tapping a vast network of top-in-their field independent consultants and partner firms, Englin Consulting, LLC delivers exactly the right expertise on each client engagement, ensuring specific, customized, and on-budget results for every client.

Shayna brings more than a dozen years of experience identifying and mobilizing supporters for non-profits, causes, and political candidates. From her roots in Colorado as an organizer for Colorado NARAL, to her role as Fundraising Practice Manager at Mindshare Interactive Campaigns (now Verilion), to her leadership as Program and Political Director at the Women's Campaign Forum, Englin has been on the cutting edge in producing innovative and effective plans, programs, and materials that yield results: dollars raised, votes won, and policy changed.

Shayna earned a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, and she teaches non-profit and political communications at Johns Hopkins University and at the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her son and husband, David, who is currently serving his second term in elected office as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates.
