As a graduate of the Masters in Real Estate, CCIM exempts from 3 of the 4 courses required to achieve the CCIM designation. Here is what you have to do to earn the designation:
-Submit Transcript from Georgetown

-Pass CI-103 (User Decision Analysis)
-Complete the online CCIM Ethics course
-Have an approved Portfolio of Qualifying Experience
-Pass Comprehensive Exam
