Matt Winkler, Associate Dean of the Master's in Sports Industry Management Program recently moderated a panel discussion, "The Business of Sports", at Georgetown University's London City Alliance. A meeting which gathers approximately 200 senior Georgetown alumni with the goal of strengthening ties to the business community in London. The panel included Paul Tagliabue (C’62), Chairman of Georgetown University’s Board of Directors and former Commissioner, National Football League; Ivan Gazidis, Chief Executive Officer, Arsenal Football Club and Andrew Wildblood, Executive Vice President, IMG/IMG Media. The panel discussion was extremely relevant to the audience due to London’s hosting of the 2012 Summer Olympics.
