Eventually as a Director of IT at Kelley Drye & Warren and Director of Practice Technology at Crowell & Moring, David applied technology to facilitate the practice of law for thousands of attorneys. David believes it is important to understand what technology can, and cannot, do and to never implement technology for technology's sake.

His main real estate professional interests are real estate law, real estate capital markets, international real estate investment, and environmental real estate matters. Chuck has taught international relations to college students, and real estate and environmental studies in professional development programs.
