Mom Congress Education Program Courses Scholarship SCS offers 10 course scholarships annually to Mom Congress participants who demonstrate a passion for enriching their communities. Scholarships can be applied to one of the Mom Congress Education Program Courses. To apply for a Scholarship for Mom Congress Education Program Course, you must complete and submit the Scholarship Application found under Application Requirements.
