Practicum (Internship) Program: Gaining Practical Experience Simultaneously

The Integrated Practicum allows students to gain valuable experience working for a top hospitality organization while earning credit towards their degree. In addition to building real-world skills, students will build a reliable professional network and support system.

Washington, D.C. is home to a myriad of hospitality organizations, from major hotel chains to small heritage sites. Whether students are interested in lodging, food service, events and meetings, transportation or something altogether different, the Georgetown faculty partners with a host of these organizations to provide rewarding venues for practicum study.
