Randy Chittum, Ph.D. is the Vice President of Leadership Development at PSS World Medical in Jacksonville, FL. He is responsible for all aspects of leadership development, including succession planning. Additionally, he serves as an internal coach to leaders and to teams.
Prior to accepting this internal role Randy was the principal of The Center for Mindful Leadership where he specializes in building leadership capacity through coaching individual leaders and teams.
Randy has taught at the university and graduate level at Colorado State University and Georgetown University where he taught leadership to MBA students in addition to his role in the Leadership Coaching program.
His two years traveling in Japan and India where he studied Zen and Buddhism have significantly influenced his view of purpose and human growth. His current interest is in the benefits of yoga practice for leaders.
