David W Danjczek is the chief compliance and ethics officer for Crane Co., a $2.5B, 12,000 NYSE-traded company that specializes in highly engineered products. 

Previously, Dave was vice president of international business development at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) , an $8 Billion, Fortune 500 company with 44,000 employees. 

Prior to SAIC, Dave had been senior advisor to Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, and a consultant in the ethics, compliance and international business arenas. Previously, Dave had been an executive officer and corporate vice president of compliance and ethics at The Titan Corporation a $2B, 12,000 employee defense company. Dave spent 28 years with Litton Industries and its commercial spinouts in various positions, including vice president of international business, chief ethics and compliance officer and head of its Washington operations. Dave is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University and a graduate of its School of Foreign Service. He contributes to the National Kidney Foundation, having been a kidney donor himself.
