Eric deNijs

Eric de Nijs is an independent executive coach who cares passionately about goodwill, results, authenticity, connectivity and empowerment. These attributes create the context for personal and leadership transformation by helping leaders: a) develop and “brand” their leadership identity, b) become more adept in their ability to connect with others, c) create new perspectives and strategies that facilitates breakthrough performance and results, and d) look out for the best interest of others by creating “win-win” scenarios for the organization and the people they lead.

Eric believes that thought provoking conversations and self-discovery lie at the heart of powerful coaching. Great coaching isn’t about having all the answers but about helping others develop the catalyst they need to create their own path for transformation and high performance.

Eric is a Professional Certified Coach residing in Virginia and holds a Doctorate in Human Resource Development and a dual Masters in Counseling and College Student Personnel. In addition, he has completed Coaching Certificate Programs through Georgetown University and Corporate Coach University. He is currently writing a book on the role of goodwill and trust in building powerful relationships.
