Shirley has 25 years of experience in organization development working with individuals and groups in both the private and public sectors.  Shirley prides herself on being able to help individuals and groups see the value of multiple and diverse views and integrate them to achieve creative, collaborative solutions. Her stance is one of collaboration, appreciating what is right in organizations and honoring the creative tension that exists between the status quo and the need for change.  Shirley has a Master's degree in Organizational Learning, a Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, and advanced certificates from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in Organization and Systems Development and Working with Groups.
