Claire Carey

Camilla Bozzoli Rudolph received her Doctorate in Germanic Languages and Literature at the University of Bologna and her Master Degree in Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language at the University of Ca’ Foscari (Venice). Camilla Bozzoli Rudolph recently successfully completed a seminar organized by the Monterrey Graduate School of Translation and Interpretation of the Monterey Institute of International Studies, entitled "Training of the Trainers."

This seminar hones the teaching skills of interpreters who teach. This instruction is a valuable asset for our students, which have the talent and abilities but need to learn interpreting techniques, both in the simultaneous and consecutive modes.

Her involvement has always been in the linguistic field, teaching, translating, and working in international organizations, such as the Italian Embassy, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund. She has been teaching Romance Languages at the School for Continuing Education at Georgetown University for twenty years. She is currently employed at the National Geographic Society as a Translations Manager and Main Translator for National Geographic Magazine, working with Italian, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese.
