LG Digital Broadcast Studio

The LG Digital Broadcast Studio at the School of Continuing Studies provides students and faculty with access to advanced digital technology in an educational setting. The studio is made possible through a partnership between LG Electronics USA and Georgetown University.

The LG Digital Studio features state-of-the-art broadcast equipment as well as seven LG 84-inch 4K Ultra HD displays. It features three high-definition remote control operated studio cameras, a 500-channel control board with advanced lighting controls, and program monitors in the green room and outside the studio.

With lighting, furniture, and background manipulation, the LG Digital Broadcast Studio allows the user to create a variety of studio arrangements to meet different shooting needs. The set has built-in LED lights that can change color to completely alter the look of the set. It also has interchangeable set pieces that provide options such as a two-person interview, panel discussion, news desk style shot, and more.

Hospitality Management Students Provide Testimonial
