How We Work
Georgetown CCPE uses a six-phase process to create programs with specific learning objectives or capabilities identified by the sponsoring organization. Specifically, we ensure that the objectives of the program are tied to the required business outcomes identified by the sponsoring organization. During the customization process, Georgetown CCPE consults with the organization to identify the content, program type (general, functional, or strategic), audience (frontline staff to high potentials), preferred format, and most effective delivery method to meet the objectives of the progam within the budget of the sponsoring organization. Each program is carefully evaluated to ensure that learning objectives are tied to business outcomes.
