Diversity Strategy
Program Description:
As the practice and profession of diversity and inclusion continues to grow the goals of the Certificate in Diversity strategy are to help participants understand that diversity is in the similarities, as well as the differences among and between individuals at all levels of the organization and in society at large; that diversity contributes to a richness in the organization by having a variety of views, approaches, and actions to use in strategic planning, tactical planning, problem solving, and decision-making; and participants will understand the legal and statutory requirements for Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
This certificate program will help anyone with diversity responsibility gain the insight, skills, and tools needed to help organizations implement a strategic, long-term, sustainable approach to Diversity and Inclusion Management.
