Program Description
Georgetown University’s English as a Foreign Language (EFL) program offers a variety of courses in speaking, writing, reading, grammar, and TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) exam preparation. Taught by experienced and engaging faculty, courses will help students develop skills in dynamic, practical courses offered conveniently in the evenings and on weekends.
Course Completion
Upon successful completion of a course, students receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and a Letter of Academic Record signed by the instructor.
Other Programs of Interest
Please note that these EFL courses are part-time evening and weekend courses. Because courses are not full-time, Georgetown University cannot issue I-20 forms to students. Students interested in full-time English programs at Georgetown University should consider the following options:
