Description:
Leadership comprises two critical ingredients: vision and execution. While many managers possess the technical competency to manage a department, product, or service line, vision and execution are the keys to organizational success. The Certificate in Corporate Executive Leadership transforms managers into organizational and strategic leaders. The program is designed to prepare executives and managers to lead and motivate people to be results-driven, and to achieve favorable outcomes through teamwork, partnerships, and coalition building. At the same time, the program prepares executives to reach their personal career aspirations through workshops and executive coaching sessions. It is a unique opportunity for managers to reflect on and challenge their professional experiences while simultaneously acquiring and applying new leadership skills to progress in new directions.
This certificate builds on Georgetown University's tradition of teaching excellence by focusing on each individual. Through our programs, students will develop lifelong relationships and join a network of high profile industry, government, and nonprofit professionals.
