Glen Mazur is an experienced Talent and Organization Development practitioner and leader.
Glen has over 25 years of public sector experience in the fields of Organization Development and Training & Development. His expertise as a practitioner and organizational leader inform his teaching where his evidence-based approach strikes a balance between a theoretical foundation and a practitioner’s sensibility.
In addition to his teaching at Georgetown, he has served as an adjunct faculty member at The George Washington University and at Johns Hopkins University where he taught courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership in Organizations, Consulting for Organizational Change, and Individual & Group Dynamics.
Glen holds a BS in Education from Western Illinois University and a MA in Education and Human Development, with a concentration in Human Resource Development, from The George Washington University.
