Glen Mazur is an adjunct instructor in the Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Management. Glen has over 25 years of public sector experience in the fields of Organization Development and Learning & Development. He continues that work as an external consultant focusing on system-level change.
Glen’s expertise as a HRD practitioner and as an organizational leader inform his teaching where his evidence-based approach strikes a balance between a theoretical foundation and a practitioner’s sensibility.
Prior to teaching at the School of Continuing Studies, Glen held teaching positions at The George Washington University and Johns Hopkins University where he taught courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership in Organizations, Consulting for Organizational Change, and Individual & Group Dynamics.
Glen holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Western Illinois University. Additionally, he studied Organization Development at Benedictine University.
