Andrea Weckerle is an American attorney and the Founder and President of CiviliNation, a global, 501(c)(3) non-profit education and research organization. CiviliNation's mission is to foster an online culture where every person can freely participate in a democratic, open, rational and truth-based exchange of ideas and information, without fear or threat of being the target of unwarranted abuse, harassment, or lies. 

Her presentation will explain how serious and pervasive online hostility has become, why everyone is at risk of being a target, and what we can do to create an online culture that demands greater responsibility and accountability.
