As the rise of the sharing economy dominates business headlines, lodging providers and online networks create a plethora of new options unlike ever before.  Disruptors challenge convention and create new questions for city planners, developers, and the hospitality industry as a whole. As more and more market niches are identified and developed, virtual brokers reach new audiences and bring them to new neighborhoods across the city.
