Systems Integration (MPSE-505)
Managing Customer Expectations is an important element of any system design and development project. The rubber meets the road when the system is deployed in its operational environment for Validation and Customer Acceptance. We will discuss some principles for effectively managing customer expectations and illustrate them with a previously introduced case study on acceptance of a nationwide cellular fixed wireless system in India.

Organizations undertaking System Integration, Verification, and Validation have responsibilities to the leaders of the overall system development project. We will discuss the impact of integration and test activities on project success in the context of a two-year large-scale development project.

  • Registration begins at 5:30 p.m.
  • Systems Integration (MPSE-505) runs from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. in room C127.
