Global Hospitality Leadership Sample Class

We invite you to participate in a sample class for the Master's in Global Hospitality Leadership program at the SCS Downtown campus. You’ll have the opportunity to get an inside look at the program by exploring an in-depth topic.

Class: Ethics in Hospitality
Instructor: Erinn Tucker, Ph.D.
Description: Ethical dilemmas faced by hospitality managers range from price fluctuation of hotel rooms during natural disasters to decision-making when managing employees. This class explores the ability to apply ethical practices to a decision-making framework.

Event Agenda:
