Real Estate Sample Class

We invite you to participate in a sample class for the Master's in Real Estate program at the SCS Downtown campus. You’ll have the opportunity to get an inside look at the program by exploring an in-depth topic.

Class: Ethics in Action - Getting the Deal Done
Instructor: Glenn Williamson
Description: Students will form teams and compete to acquire and redevelop an older subsidized housing project. The case challenges students to weave together ethical and practical considerations.

Event Agenda:

  • Check-in begins at 5:30 p.m.
  • Class runs from 6:00–7:00 p.m.
  • Reception begins at 7:00 p.m.

This event is only open to individuals interested in a Georgetown SCS program. Attendees will be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the security desk.
