Project, Program & Portfolio Management Sample Class

We invite you to participate in a sample class for the Executive Master's in Program & Portfolio Management and the Master's in Project Management programs at the SCS Downtown campus. You’ll have the opportunity to get an inside look at the programs by exploring in-depth topics.

The hour-long class begins at 6 p.m. and will be split into two parts:

Part One: Project Analytics
Instructor: Martin Reed, Ph.D.
Description: Establish the performance measurement baseline and gain proficiency in the tools and techniques used to compare actual work accomplished against established plans.

Part Two: Project Portfolio Selection & Optimization
Instructor: George Moschoglou, Ph.D.
Description: Select project portfolio components and derive an optimal portfolio under constraints ensuring portfolio balance and coverage.

Event Agenda:

  • Registration begins at 5:30 p.m.
  • Class runs from 6:00–7:00 p.m.
  • Reception begins at 7:00 p.m.
