Project Management—Virtual Sample Class


We invite you to participate in a virtual sample class for the Master's in Project Management program. You’ll have the opportunity to get an inside look at the program by exploring an in-depth topic. 

Class: Initiation & Planning
Instructor: Dominic Lepore
Description: This course provides an in-depth examination of the project initiation and planning phases of the project management lifecycle. Students are introduced to the requirements involved in completing a feasibility study, gaining project approval and funding, starting up the project, appointing the project team, setting up project procedures, and constructing a detailed project management plan.
