Journalism Sample Class

We invite you to participate in an in-person sample class for the Master's in Journalism program at the SCS Downtown campus. You’ll have the opportunity to get an inside look at the program by exploring an in-depth topic.

Class: Journalism Ethics
Instructor: Elizabeth Spayd
Description: Join Journalism professor Elizabeth Spayd for a lively interactive discussion of journalism ethics and their role in combatting public mistrust of the media.

Event Agenda:

  • Check-in begins at 5:30 p.m.
  • Class runs from 6:00–7:00 p.m.
  • Reception begins at 7:00 p.m.

Light hors d'oeuvres will be served after the event. This is an in-person-only event and will not have a virtual component.
