Armand Emamdjomeh is a graphics reporter at The Washington Post.
Prior to joining the Post, he was the Deputy Director of Data Visualization at the Los Angeles Times, and also worked on the L.A. Times Data Desk, where he worked on projects including L.A. County Homicides, hit-and-run collisions and workers comp claims filed by professional athletes.
While at the L.A. Times, Armand was the recipient of a Sigma Delta Chi award from the Society of Professional Journalists for his work on a virtual reality experience illustrating Mars's Gale Crater.
Armand is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Southern California.
