Kimberley is a compensation and human resources professional with over twenty years of human resources experience in the higher education profession.
She manages the compensation and classification department for Georgetown University, overseeing the design, execution and compliance of all administrative compensation. Kimberley is a recognized authority in the areas of compensation design, classification, executive compensation, salary survey design, and FLSA and labor compliance regulations. She has designed, and been the functional systems lead on a variety of new compensation, HRIS and payroll systems and project conversions. Prior to joining Georgetown University, Kimberley managed the employment and compensation for Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. While there she redesigned the compensation structure, was the HRIS systems lead on a payroll conversion and converted the College to an electronic applicant tracking program.
Kimberley earned a B.S. in Economics and a master's degree from the University of Maine; and a Master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University.
