Lisa Kyle is an adjunct instructor in the SCS HRM program.
In addition, Kyle currently works at Deloitte as a Learning and Development Lead managing programs that help employees integrate into the firm and learn competencies to perform at the highest level. Prior to joining the Learning and Development team, Kyle helped the Federal Government solve HR problems with expertise in Change Management, Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Performance Management. During her tenure at Deloitte, she has developed a leadership development program, overseen an office move for over 400 employees, and facilitated countless sessions on Intersectionality and Unconscious Bias.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Lisa served as the Senior Director of Talent and Organizational Development in Georgetown University's Office of Advancement. In this role, Lisa oversaw a team that recruited, attracted, developed and motivated productive, engaged employees so that the Office of Advancement can meet its strategic and operational goals and objectives. With deep-seated knowledge in process-improvement, Lisa made performance management more user-friendly and engaging increasing user participation by over 50 percent.
Lisa and her husband Chris have one son, Ford, who is eleven months old and a French Bulldog, Teddy. In her personal life, Lisa enjoys volunteering, traveling, and hosting dinner parties.
