In a managerial capacity, Steve spearheads several of BWF’s participatory sports events including hockey, rugby and soccer tournaments and also manages the company’s new product introduction/industry trade show division. He is also the chief proposal writer and spearheads many of the company’s government relations projects including management of the agency’s Montgomery County recycling campaign. Brotman & Associates to form BWF. Steve started his career as an account executive for Brotman & Associates, which he joined just three months after graduating from American University in the spring of 1977 with a degree in Journalism. While at American, Steve was sports editor of the school newspaper and also served as the public relations director for the school’s club football team.
