Robert Constant

Robert E. Constant is currently the Associate Director for Leadership Gifts at Princeton University. His responsibility includes fundraising for scholarships, fellowships, and professorships for multiple areas of the Princeton University campus including Princeton Athletics. The majority of his time is spent developing strong relationships with alumni, parents and friends in the state of Florida and parts of New York City. His expertise is reengaging with alumni who may have lost touch with their alma mater since graduation.  


Although currently working in University Advancement, Robert started his career in Athletic Administration with Southern Methodist University. Over the course of Robert’s career, he has been fortunate to have worked in professional and collegiate sports with experiences with Major League Baseball’s Miami Marlins and stops at several respected institutions within the Western Athletic Conference (Southern Methodist University), Atlantic Coast Conference (University of Virginia), Big East Conference (Seton Hall University), Big Ten (Rutgers University) and now Princeton University in the Ivy League Conference.  


Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tuskegee University and a Master's Degree in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL. He is a published author of two children’s books, Hey Tuskegee! and Hello Grandma! Both of his books have spent time on Amazon’s Best Seller's list for their category as well as being rated Five-Stars by Readers’ Favorite Reviewers. Robert is married to the former Sherette Flowers, an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and live in New Jersey with their two kids, Robbie and Saniyah.
