As General Manager of Cliff House Maine, an expansive 70-acre oceanfront resort, White leads a team of professionals during and after an extensive renovation and addition of 226 guestrooms and suites, restaurants, award-winning spa, conference and event center. Her background in leadership development, marketing, and hospitality management enables her to successfully transition the iconic hotel to a world-class experience.
Prior to joining Cliff House, White was Founder and President of prominent business consulting firm Workshop AZ, where she provided strategic leadership, master facilitation and inspirational coaching to management companies, ownership groups, and investors in both hospitality and service-related industries.
White’s clients included over 40 resorts, conference centers, urban hotels, and independent boutique hotels throughout North America. She is recognized for her expertise in aligning brand values with leadership behaviors to develop a dynamic team culture. Prior to consulting, White built a career in hotels in New England, Texas, and Arizona, including senior sales, operations, and marketing leadership roles with management companies Destination Hotels, Worthington Operating Company, and Richfield Management. As a notable award-winning businessperson, she was named Manager of the Year by the Arizona Hotel and Lodging Association, the YWCA’s Tribute for Women, and a Top 40 Under 40 Executives in Ft. Worth. She is both the director of Leadership Honors Bootcamp and The Leadership Wheel Foundation. White holds a Master’s Degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and has certificates in Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry.
