Dr. Kristen Hodge-Clark is director of research for the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB).
In this capacity, she develops and executes the association’s research agenda on a wide range of governance issues and topics of importance to college and university presidents and board members. Prior to joining AGB, she served as a policy analyst and American Council of Learned Societies public fellow with the Association of American Universities, where she conducted policy research about key issues in undergraduate and graduate education. Dr. Hodge-Clark has also previously held research positions with Prince George’s County Public Schools and the American Institute for Research. She holds a Ph.D. in American Studies with a concentration in higher education from the University of Maryland, College Park and a B.A. from Spelman College.
