Since 2013 Sarah has worked for Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies in various capacities, including Subject Matter Expert, Curriculum Writer, and Adjunct Faculty. Some of the courses she has taught include advanced digital marketing analytics, measuring social media return on investment, and policies and procedures for social media. Currently she teaches in the Social Media Management program. Sarah was recognized at the 2016 School of Continuing Studies Tropaia Awards as "Faculty of the Year" for the Center for Continuing and Professional Education.
Sarah is also the Visual and Digital Engagement Manager for the U.S. Government Accountability Office. She leads digital communication projects for the 3,000-person federal agency, including web and social media analytics, usability testing, web design, infographics, interactive graphics, and multimedia production. She has more than 5 years of federal service. She authored Google Analytics for Government published by GSA.
