Mia Vallo is a Sr. Director, Marketing Analytics and Optimization at National Geographic.
She oversees digital analytics, testing, and optimization programs in the organization to grow digital audience and increase digital engagement using data and strategic insights. She has trained hundreds of National Geographic employees on digital analytics.
In the past 14 years, Mia has held multiple marketing positions at companies such as Network Solutions (now Web.com), AOL, and Sabre Hospitality, responsible for managing multi-million dollar budgets and global brands. She specializes in digital marketing and analytics, where she uses insights from analytics, market research, and social media to develop strategic plans and digital marketing campaigns.
An active member of the digital marketing community, Mia is a member of Digital Analytics Association and a regular speaker and panelist at various conferences in the industry.
Mia has a Master of Business Administration in E-commerce Management and International Finance from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with International Concentration from Virginia Tech. She also holds various industry certifications, including Google Analytics IQ.
