I am a former college academic administrator who brings more than 35 years of experience in various senior-level positions with two-year, four-year public and private colleges in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New York.
My passion and life-time professional commitment has been to further serve the educational and career aspirations of non-traditional adult students. I have served on the national governing boards of the Association for Continuing Higher Education and the North American Association of Summer Sessions.
I have taught a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership, including doctoral-level programs in Executive Leadership and Higher Education Leadership for SUNY Potsdam, St. John Fisher College, and Wilmington University. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from The American University, a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration from East Carolina University, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education from The American University.
I also bring additional insights and perspectives to Higher Education administration gained from his 10-year experience in the “for-profit” sector where he served as Vice-President for Sales and Customer Relations for a large land development and residential home builder in suburban Washington, D.C.
