Marsha Hughes-Rease
Marsha is an evidence-based coach and OD consultant. Marsha Hughes-Rease, a Navy veteran, has over 12 years of experience as a professional coach, OD consultant, and educator. Marsha’s coaching niche is supporting leaders on how to navigate the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environment. Her OD focus is to support groups to work more effectively to leverage their diversity to make organizational changes that make a difference. Some of her clients have included AARP, Horizons Blue Shield, Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, Federal Reserve Bank, Freudenberg Performance Materials, Emory Health Care System, Loreal, National Park Service, North Georgia Health System, Office of Presidential Personnel, and Paramount Pictures. Apart from running a successful coaching business, Quo Vadis Coaching and Consulting, and being heavily consulted for her expertise in organization development, Marsha is an adjunct faculty member of Georgetown University’s Transformational Leadership program and Duke Corporate Education Leadership program. She has co-authored several articles on organizational change and has been invited to present at several national and international conferences. She is an active member of the International Leadership Association, International Coaching Federation, a Fellow with the Institute of Coaching, and a Guide with Chief, an organization designed for women in the C-suite and VPs to strengthen their leadership and magnify their influence. Committed to making a difference, Marsha participates in several community social justice programs including increasing access to healthy food in the Northern Virginia area. Marsha has a graduate degree in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University and a graduate degree in Nursing Administration from George Mason University. She also has a graduate certificate in Evidence-based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
